Rochelle Barry

Rochelle Barry began her role as Parks and Recreation Director for the City of Wheeling in November 2020. She came to the Friendly City from her role as Parks and Recreation Director for Collier Township in Oakdale, Pennsylvania. Rochelle has worked in various recreation positions from recreation attendant at the Walt Disney World Resort to marketing and membership services specialist for the Community & Recreation Center at Boyce Mayview Park in Upper St Clair, PA. A Wheeling native, she graduated from West Liberty University with a B.S. in Sports Management and a M.S. in exercise science and health promotion from California University of Pennsylvania. Rochelle lives in Wheeling with her dog, Grace Kelly.
